Permio's core strength lies in its ability to instantly analyze a specific property address and identify every single jurisdiction that has authority over it. From there, our AI is ready to answer your specific questions, helping you build a comprehensive and accurate application strategy from day one.

1. Creating Your First Project

Your journey in Permio begins at the dashboard. This is your command center for all your projects.

• Step 1: From the main dashboard, click the "Create New Project" button.
• Step 2: A window will appear asking for the project's address. Enter the full and exact site address. This is the most critical piece of information, as it powers Permio's GIS analysis.
• Step 3: Next, provide the estimated Construction Budget and total Square Footage. Permio uses these details to help narrow down the scope of permits and potential fee structures that will apply to your project.

2. Identifying Your Jurisdictions

Once you've created your project, Permio gets to work. Using its GIS engine, it instantly analyzes the property's location and identifies all the governing authorities you'll need to work with.

You will be presented with a simple list of every jurisdiction that has influence over your project site. This could include:

• City Planning & Zoning Department
• County Building & Safety
• Regional Water or Sanitation District
• Fire Department/Authority
