Getting Started with Permio
Welcome to the guide for creating your Permio account! Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Navigate to the Platform
Visit https://platform.permio.ai/ in your web browser.

Step 2a: Create Your Account; or 2b to Continue with Google
- Click on the "Sign Up" button
- Enter your business email address
- Create a strong password that meets security requirements
- Verify your email address through the confirmation link sent to your inbox
- Be sure to check your Spam folder, the email should arrive within 5 minutes, but usually quicker
Step 2b: Continue with Google

Click on the "Continue with Google" button

Select your Google account from the popup window

Review and accept the permissions requested

Your Permio account will be automatically created using your Google account information
After successfully logging in with Google, proceed to Step 3 to complete your profile.

Important: Keep your login credentials secure and never share them with others. If you experience any issues during the setup process, contact Permio support for assistance.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile
- Fill in your personal information:
- First and Last Name
- Company name
Step 4: Select your role within your organization:
Select the Role that most closely describes your work
- Based on your role selection, your dashboard and features will be customized accordingly
- You can modify your role settings later in your profile preferences
Note: Your role selection helps us provide relevant resources and tutorials tailored to your needs.

Step 5: Select who you usually collaborate with
You can select who you typically collaborate with while using Permio:
- Teammates - If you work with other members of your organization
- Clients - If you directly interact with external clients or permit applicants
