Your Dashboard is designed to give you an at-a-glance overview of your Projects and quick access to Permio’s powerful features.

Key Areas Explained:

Left Sidebar

• You can expand/collapse the Left Sidebar by clicking on the 3 pancakes.

  

Search Bar

• Use the Search Bar to quickly surface any project information, documents, fees, receipts, comments or plans on any of your projects, past or present.

  

General Chats

• No Project? No Problem.
• Create a new General Chat by clicking the “+” button here.
• Use the General Chats feature to quickly ask Mio questions about a wide variety of construction permit or entitlement related issues. While the answers provided here won’t pertain to a specific project or location unless you give Mio that information, Mio is trained to help guide you to get you to the answers you need.

Project Chats

• Where the magic happens!
• Once a Project has been added to Permio, you’ll see those organized in the Project Chats area of the Left Sidebar.
